1. Orders & Delivery
Delivery Days & Timeframes
Our standard delivery days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays.
Where possible, we aim to fulfil orders placed before 10:00am on a working day for same-day delivery. However, same-day delivery cannot be guaranteed. Orders received after 10:00am will typically be scheduled for the next working day.
If you require a specific delivery timeframe, please contact us directly. While we will always try to accommodate requests, exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed.
Delivery Information
You are responsible for providing accurate delivery details at checkout. If incorrect information is supplied and results in failed delivery or redirection, additional charges may apply.
If the recipient is not available at the delivery address, we may:
Leave the flowers in a safe place at our discretion
Leave the arrangement with a neighbour
Return the arrangement to our premises
If re-delivery is required, further charges may apply.
We cannot accept responsibility where the recipient is unavailable or where access to the delivery address is restricted.
2. Our Floral Products
Nature of Floral Arrangements
As flowers are seasonal and subject to availability, arrangements may vary slightly from website images. We reserve the right to substitute blooms or packaging with alternatives of equal or greater value where necessary.
We always strive to maintain the overall style, colour palette and quality of the chosen arrangement.
Freshness & Care
Fresh flowers are perishable and typically last between 3–5 days, depending on care and environmental conditions.
To prolong vase life, we recommend:
Removing packaging promptly
Trimming stems at an angle
Placing in clean, fresh water
Keeping arrangements away from direct sunlight and heat sources
We cannot be held responsible for deterioration caused by improper care or environmental conditions after delivery.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices listed on our website:
Are in GBP (£)
Include VAT where applicable
Exclude delivery charges (added at checkout)
Prices may change at any time without prior notice.
Orders will not be processed or dispatched until full payment has been received and cleared.
4. Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order:
More than 24 hours before delivery – full refund
Less than 24 hours before delivery – up to 50% of the order value may be retained
After payment processing has begun – a processing fee of up to 25% may apply
Due to the perishable nature of our products, cancellations made close to delivery may not be fully refundable.
5. Refunds & Complaints
We take pride in our work. However, if you are dissatisfied with your order, please contact us as soon as possible and no later than 12 hours after delivery.
Depending on the circumstances, we may offer:
A replacement
A store credit
A partial or full refund
We may request photographic evidence to assess any issues raised.
We are not responsible for damage caused after delivery due to mishandling, environmental factors, or third-party interference.
Your statutory rights under UK consumer law remain unaffected.
